Dr. Scott McKay graduated from Michigan State University in 1990 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree.  He has been in private practice and consulting in a small town/farm setting for the duration of his career.  Dr. McKay's years of veterinary experience includes both large and small animals.  He has helped his clients with a variety of farm animals including cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and camelids as well as companion animals including dogs and horses.  Dr. McKay genuinely enjoys the variety of animal experiences this mobile practice offers.  

 

Dr. McKay operates Buck Lake Veterinary Service with his wife, Brenda.  They enjoy spending time with their three grown children, their spouses and grandchildren.  They also enjoy hiking and exploring the beautiful outdoors during all seasons.  Dr. McKay and Brenda give thanks and glory to their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for all of their blessings.
